 Q: I want to order, how does KWKLY work?

A: (Cell Phone) Great! You can download the KWKLY app below this question to get started! You can sign in and have your order delivered ASAP.

A: (Desktop) Awesome. To get started with KWKLY, just click here and click “Order Now”. You will be asked for your postal code to make sure you’re in our delivery zone. Once we confirm that, order whatever you like, hit check out, and prepare to be amazed with the speed!

 Q: Where does KWKLY deliver?

A: Right now, KWKLY is bound to the KW area, plus some portions of Cambridge. To make sure your area is available, hop onto our web app and enter your postal code in!

If your postal code isn’t available, worry not! Your check was noted. Follow our Instagram to see when your local becomes available!

 Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Yep! Our minimum order is $9.99 as your cart subtotal.

 Q: Is there a delivery fee?

A: Yep! We do charge a delivery fee of $1.99 on our orders.

 Q: When can I order from KWKLY?

A: KWKLY‘a hours are here! Sunday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 AM

 Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept all credit and visa debit cards, along with Paypal.

 Q: I have a promotional code, how do I redeem it?

A: Cool! To redeem your promotional code, simply start an order on the KWKLY platform. When you get to the checkout screen, you will see a box to put your shiny promo code in et voila. The deal is yours!

 Q: There is something wrong with my order, what can I do?

 Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Depending on your financial institution and form of payment, refunds to your account can take up to 5 business days.
